Booked in for a diagnostic. Within a couple of hours dropping my car, heard back from them with the cause and how much it would cost to repair. Car's now running great again. Overall experience has been great and I'll definitely be back here for my annual servicing and MOT.

I needed to have the wheel speed sensor replaced on my car. From the moment I booked in my car till the moment I fetched her, I was treated so so well. Such a professional atmosphere. Great service. I will definitely be back for all my MOTs, services and repairs. I highly recommend them.

Needed a new wing mirror casing as I had mine stolen from my car.
A colleague came and looked at my car got the part ordered there and then. Got a phone call a few days later drove in it was fitted in the time it took to pay for the part. Very professional service would highly recommend this garage.

They have just saved us a lot of money.
I thought my daughter's car was over due for a timing belt change, however they found it had in fact been changed a few years ago and is fine for years yet.

MOT carried out as arranged. Slight air leak examined and some form of rim sealant applied. Wheel left in a mucky mess. Excess sealant and hand marks should have been removed. Unusual for this garage which is usually excellent in my experience

Always very friendly and helpful and provide excellent service. Kevin Griffin Cars have been looking after the family's vehicles for years now and I have always been very satisfied. They have managed to keep my husband's elderly but much-loved pickup truck roadworthy for many years and sorted out a gear problem recently when he feared the truck might have to be "dumped". I called to book an MOT over Christmas, completely forgetting I was calling on a bank holiday. However the business owner took the call, called me back later that day and booked me in for the next working day when I explained my daughters MOT had expired. Amazing service!!

I’ve used Kevin Griffin for my cars for a number of years and have always found them helpful, reliable and friendly. My car had to go back to Ford for a new engine in the last couple of months and where needed, I was offered advice and help from the guys at Kevin Griffin along the 3 month journey to get the engine replaced cheaper than expected.

We booked our van in here for a diagnosis and repair. This was booked for Monday. Today Wednesday still hadn't been looked at just guesswork, poor customer service. Told that they were 50% down on staff. I called yesterday to be told that it is in hand!?. Communication non existent! Complete waste of 3days.
They agreed to diagnose and notify our warranty company over the phone. But when it came down to it they couldn't be bothered. When I told people that I had taken it here they were shocked due to local reputation. But I thought that I would give them the benefit of the doubt. But they certainly lived up to it!. Please think before going here! Good luck

Car was collected for Major Service and MOT, plus 4 tyre changes. The brakes and drums were in need of replacement as well. All carried out in good time car was returned and had been washed. A very professional business, always polite and courteous.

Took my car there to get the tyre inspected and changed, after 2 and a half hours of waiting for it to be checked we got told that they were extremely busy and that no one was available to do it yet a vehicle came in afterwards and got seen to straight away so ended collecting keys back off them and taking the vehicle to another garage where the car was seen on arrival

Have used this garage for years with every car I’ve ever had and have always trusted their advice & quotes. They have always managed to take my car in short notice, carry out the work quickly as I need my car for school runs etc. Prices are always as quoted or less and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Arguably the best Garage in Horsham. Never had a problem, never had an argument and only have been given good advice and the best service. Extremely friendly and never felt like I was being over priced. Will always come here and will always reccomend anyone to come here.

Fantastic Service! On Friday afternoon I experienced an absolute mare with my car when I screw had wedged itself into the side edge of one of my tyres. It couldn't be fixed due to the location, Kevin Griffins managed to get my tyre sourced from a supplier to match my other tyres and installed all within a space of 3 hours.
Would most definitely recommend this company to anyone requiring any car need! Thank you so much for your service.

I have only been using Kevin Griffin cars for a few years now however i have to say the service i have received here every time has been faultless.
My car was under a service plan with Audi and every service with Audi, Audi advise a huge list of things that need changing ie. every brake pad, tires etc. When i take my car in to Kevin Griffin for a second opinion the list is never as bad as Audi make out. Last time i only needed one of the brake pads changed as the other had plenty of life left in. I believe Kevin Griffin Cars have the customers best interest at heart as they do not advise you to change something which doesn't need to be just to get additional revenue. I have also used Kevin Griffin Cars for non routine work such as some very random body work which i needed to have done when my car door was damaged, which again couldn't have gone smoother. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else now.
